What You Need to Know

What happens after I reach out?
One of our team members will contact you via email or phone to discuss your options with you. You will choose in-person or Telehealth, and let us know your scheduling availability. We will share your provider options with you based on these factors and help you get set up on the schedule. Then you will receive an email with a link to login and fill out our intake paperwork on our SimplePractice portal.

What do I do when I get to the office?
For the Mt Juliet office, free parking is available in the Brookside Landing building lot on the opposite side of the building from the Sweet Cece’s strip. Enter in the front doors and have a seat in the Vision Realty lobby. Your therapist will come get you when it is time for session.

In Berry Hill and Cool Springs, please ask your therapist for instructions on parking for your first session.

Do you take insurance?
Short answer: yes, we take Aetna. We also offer a variety of private pay options at different price points based on experience and client need. We can provide superbills as well that you can submit to your insurance company if you’d like to pursue out-of-network reimbursement.

What does it mean to see an intern or pre-licensed therapist?
A large part of how therapists hone their practice is through providing quality therapy services while under supervision with a more seasoned therapist. Graduate interns are seeing clients while they finish their Master’s degree and are carefully supervised by experienced supervisors. Pre-licensed therapists are counselors who have completed their degree and are gaining experience in order to qualify for a state license while under supervision.
